Update: Apparently it was changed in the Wii port of Pikmin 2 for the PAL localizations due to "wog" being a slur in those parts of the world and non-existent in North America. However this is the first time Wollywog was changed to Wollyhop in American localizations probably due to utilizing the same localization for all English speaking countries instead of a separate PAL and NTSC localization. This has been an educational deep dive!
